Items at regular price without discount purchased at Fishtailstore.com can be returned within 14 days.

All shipping charges when returning the products are the customer responsibility.

We will issue a return label with DHL, the cost is withdrawn from the refund.

Fishtail Store will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.

Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.

Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

Place the product in a padded shipping box, enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

Customers will assume responsibility for all extra charges, including unnecessary duties and sales taxes in certain instances.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria.

We will refund your payments no later than 30 days after we receive the goods.
