DHL Express Worldwide Shipping.

Fishtailstore.com offer FREE worldwide shipping on all national and international orders with DHL Express above EUR 300. 

On orders below we charge a fixed rate EUR 19.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hour and delivery time is 2 - 3 days with DHL Express.

DHL Express delivers directly at your door, If you are not home, DHL will contact you to arrange another drop off. Leave your phone number at check out if you want a call or text.

 

TAX FREE 

International customers can enjoy our tax & duty free shop.

You will not be charged any VAT or duty at Fishtailstore.com it is not included in the product prices. 

All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) with DHL Express

Duties and Tax will be the sole responsibility of the customer and need to be paid at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the tax and duty would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Fishtail Store will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages, the customer will be charged full shipping and return cost.
